2014 Calabasas Cheer Banquet Invite
This committee's purpose is to help with the end of the year cheer banquet. The end of the year Banquet is for all cheerleaders and all parents. The event will be April 5th 2014 from 5:30p-9p at the Calabasas Country Club. The cheerleaders should be able watch a DVD reel of the whole year put together by the head coach, eat and receive personalized awards.
The student store will collect a certain amount of money from the girls that will pay for food, awards and their "Exhausted" sweaters, the cost should be about $65 Total for food, awards and Exhausted/retired sweats package!
Day of event committee and coach will do the following:
Help set up tables, chairs, plates, cups and plastic ware if place does not have them already set up.
Decorate and pre set food/ awards
Clean up after the event
